Based on systematically established production lines from precision cutting

and processing facilities to automation processes,

it has a production capacity (CAPA) that can respond to more than 200 million units per year,

Through the introduction of new facilities and process efficiency,

we are realizing more than twice the operating efficiency of the market average.

The picture above is an internal view of the Casa production plant, showing the site where automated cutting and processing facilities are arranged in a row to produce high efficiency. It is also a LAY-OUT drawing that shows the entire flow of the production line and the arrangement of facilities, and it is configured to see all process flows from material loading stations to cutter steps 1 to 14, inspection machines, and vehicle lanes at a glance. It is a structure that allows you to intuitively check the location and function of each process.

Based on automated production lines with systematic precision cutting and processing facilities, high-quality products are produced in large quantities and stable manner, and high utilization and productivity are realized through separation by process and efficient movement.
